After waiting an hour for my order it arrived and I was given the wrong cheesecake, I ordered a biscoff and received a kinder cheesecake, this ended up in the bin after I rang and rang and rang to ask them to swap it. I messaged them on Facebook and got a quick response to which I was told they would look into it the following day and get back to me, I got no response since then I’ve sent 3 messages to be ignored, terrible customer service. I won’t be ordering again.

I’m actually reviewing my phone order from 8 august 2021 again we never got what we ordered thanks to the staff being unable to write things down, when we ring them back up they expect us to spend another £15 for delivery, absolute joke
